A gristly, work worn woman in her early thirties, she is the Chief Inspector and leader of the City Guild. Saera once was likely quite attractive before hard living took away some of her looks. Shes tough, no-nonsense, and all business, but earnestly looks after “her boys” and the best interests of the City Guild.
